CPST
Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment or Case Management provide individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and non-healthcare activities. This service is for adults and youth.
Life Coach
- Life Coaching can change your life in several ways, including the following:
- Enhancing motivation and performance
- Harnessing individuality (strengths, personality, interests, values, talents, and passion) for success
- Enhancing self-esteem, confidence, social and emotional intelligence, self- and others-awareness, positive emotion, and engagement
Fatherhood Activities

One big mission of Fatherhood Revisited is fathers and their relationships with their children. Fathers make families complete and whole whether residential or nonresidential. Recognizing that, FR creates opportunities for fathers to gain or regain a position in their children's' lives by first working on themselves.
Therapeutic Mentoring
Our therapeutic mentors are trained mental health service providers and are trauma informed. Our backgrounds are in working with emotionally and disturbed youth as well as youth with other diagnosed mental health disorders. We understand your youth are top priority to you and we make them top priority to us as well.
Social and Emotional Groups
Social and emotional groups are available and created based on youth interest and important social and emotional concerns that need to be addressed in order to create resiliency in our youth. We are a client centered agency and we work at listening and really hearing our youth and making sure the natural supports the client has access to will help them be successful in the future.
Care Coordination
As an agency we recognize that sometimes our parents and youth clients need someone to assist them with making sure their voices are heard. We make sure at mental health meetings, IEP meetings, and any other meeting concerning your/your child's overall well-being your needs are met.
